Networking skills webinar with Eve Bodeux: tomorrow!

The ATA webinar series is going strong, and next up (tomorrow, Tuesday 10/4) is Killer networking skills for language industry professionals, with my friend and colleague (and ATA French Language Division administrator) Eve Bodeux. As Eve comments in the webinar intro material, we all know that referrals and word of mouth are one of our most successful work pipelines. But we often don’t put in much effort to *actively* keep those networks going so that the referrals will continue to roll in. How can you prepare for a networking event? And what about that stack of business cards that you return home with after a conference? Networking is very different from active outbound marketing, and Eve will share lots of tips for how to use networking to your advantage.

The webinar is tomorrow at 12 noon New York (US Eastern) time, and if you purchase access to it, you also receive the recording afterward.

Thanks, Corinne, for mentioning this to your readers. It should be a lot of fun with useful info, specifically for language professionals. I do address some areas that are specific to our industry (networking within our industry, and our industry networking with other industries), so hopefully, people will get some great info. Thanks again! 🙂
