- Class cancellation: Any class or webinar may be cancelled two weeks before the start date if a minimum number of participants are not enrolled, and participants will receive a full refund.
- Refund policy: You may withdraw from a course or group before the start date or during the first week, with a full refund. After a one-session course has been held, or after the second week of a multi-session course or group has begun, no refunds will be given.
