Upcoming webinars

In our incarnation as Speaking of Translation, Eve Bodeux and I are offering two webinars in the near future. They are:

      • A book launch webinar for the second edition of my book “How to Succeed as a Freelance Translator,” on Friday, June 24 at 9 AM Mountain Time. This one will be short (about half an hour), it’s free and we’ll also raffle off two copies of the book! For more info. or to register, click here.
      • “Getting Started as a Freelance Translator,” on Wednesday, August 24 at 10 AM Mountain Time. I’ll be talking about building a freelance business from the ground up: writing a translation-targeted resume and cover letter, preparing a marketing plan, finding and keeping well-paying clients and setting your rates and payment terms. This webinar will run for a little over an hour and costs $35 through August 15 and $40 after that. For more info. or to register, click here.

Hope to see some readers at one or both of these! If you’d like to hear about our future webinars, you can join our mailing list too!
